Our Technical Support Department consists of technically-minded representatives who handle incoming tickets, phone calls, and live chat requests. Our technical staff can resolve the majority of support requests, but if not, they directly interface with our core operations department. This ensures that support requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our standard tech support is what most other companies would typically have as tier 2 level support.
